36% of all CO₂ emissions in the EU and 40% of energy consumption come from the building sector. ETA+ has made it our task to significantly reduce these emissions. In Germany, emissions are to be reduced by 47% by 2030 – ETA+ is here to achieve this goal.

We do this with our ETA+ Net Zero Platform: a cloud-based, modular solution for digital, sustainable building management. Our platform helps owners and managers reduce CO₂, lower operating costs, and increase property value.

We actively support 4 of the 17 UN Climate Goals (7 – Affordable and Clean Energy, 11 – Sustainable Cities and Communities, 12 – Responsible Consumption and Production, 13 – Climate Action).

Your tasks

• Participation in the planning, management, and implementation of our customer projects – from preparation to successful completion
• Communication and close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to clarify requirements and coordinate solutions
• Support in the continuous optimization of internal processes to increase the efficiency and quality of our project work
• Creation and maintenance of project documentation, reports, and decision templates for the management and our customers
• Organization and moderation of project meetings as well as preparation and conduct of presentations on project status
• Independent, structured, and precise processing of task packages within the project team

Your profile

• You have a completed commercial education or a comparable qualification
• You are proficient in MS Office – very good Excel skills are a plus
• You bring organizational skills as well as a careful, structured, and precise way of working
• You are committed, reliable, communicative, and enjoy working in a team
• Ideally, you have already gained experience with ticket systems or project management tools
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or others is also beneficial
