Job Title

Maintenance of Assigned Production Facilities

• Maintenance of assigned production facilities
• Wafer test and inline inspection:
  Prober UF2000 and EG4090, Tester Parset and Keithley, Sorter, Packaging systems, AOI, Microscopes
• Execution of repairs up to service level 3 (Extended plant knowledge)
• Implementation of preventive maintenance
• Coordination and acceptance of cross-departmental service work (also in cooperation with external companies)
• Compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g. DGUV, etc.)
• Improvement of plant technology/performance as well as processes
• Identification of failure hotspots & execution of process optimizations
• Determination of critical spare parts & ensuring spare parts supply
• Training of operational production staff regarding standardized service work
• Creation of error and service documentation
• Coordination of work priorities with the Section Manager
• Handling of production-internal projects and point of contact for plant installations and relocations in cooperation with other departments such as the support groups (TS)

• State-certified technician in the field of electrical engineering (mandatory qualification as "electrical safety expert")
• Relevant professional experience in the technical environment (maintenance/production)
• Analytical thinking and team capability
• Ideally experience in the field of semiconductor production or wafer handling
• Independent and quality-conscious working style
• Planning and organizational talent as well as communication skills
• Willingness to work shifts
• Knowledge of MS Office, SAP, Cam Star
• Fluent German and good English skills
