Controller Technischer Dienst; m​/w​/d

Job Title

Responsibilities:

• Building, maintaining, and developing cost and performance controlling for technical areas
• Budget planning, monitoring, and analysis in collaboration with technical leaders
• Creation of monthly reports, deviation analyses, and forecasts
• Support in investment decisions and economic calculations (e.g., maintenance contract calculations, ROI considerations)
• Maintenance of relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and derivation of optimization potentials in processes and resource use
• Participation in the digitalization of technical processes (e.g., maintenance planning systems, ERP integration)
• Interface function between technical departments, purchasing, accounting, and management

Requirements:

• Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, controlling, or comparable qualifications
• Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally with a technical background
• Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics) as well as MS Excel and BI tools
• Analytical thinking and a high affinity for technical processes
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex relationships in an understandable way
