Job Title
Manage and maintain complex formula portfolio for diverse brands
Fully plan and perform product/data analysis and testing, draw conclusions, and make experimental recommendations while documenting progress and results
Explore new technology, products, or performance improvement opportunities fueled by your pioneering spirit
Record, organize and communicate results/data from experiments and testing
Ensure adherence to all applicable environmental, health and safety regulations, standards and policies
Collaborate closely with product management, production and sourcing teams to develop new products and nurture current product lines through product optimization
Effectively communicate with stakeholders and leverage their feedback to optimize processes towards customer requirements
Completed vocational training as a Chemical Technician, Chemical Laboratory Technician, or Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA)
First work experience in product development, laboratory testing, or a comparable technical environment would be beneficial
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw conclusions from data sets
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders
Highly self-motivated, with a proactive mindset and hands-on attitude
Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
