• You continuously develop your team of currently 9 people and strengthen their professional independence through clear processes, regular team meetings, and one-to-ones.
• You plan and coordinate assignments in the internal and external service as well as in the laboratory and ensure good project workload for your team.
• You sensitize your team for quality, environmental, and health issues as well as work safety and support the business unit manager with relevant key figures for stable budget planning.
• You maintain sustainable relationships with our customers and subcontractors with a handshake mentality. Additionally, you build a network within the VINCI group and utilize synergies wisely and strategically.
• You manage your project team and coordinate subcontractors. You lead projects including project controlling in geotechnics in a technically sound, contractually clean, and economically efficient manner. You remain calm, solution-oriented, and professional in claim management.
