We are looking for you – as an engaged and experienced Senior Consultant (m/w/d) – to support and lead our project teams in the realization of challenging PLM projects in a globally operating customer environment as well as in the development of our portfolio and customer base. We are looking for new colleagues at our nationwide locations in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Essen, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Fürth, Munich, Hamburg, and Paderborn.

We offer projects in the consulting and implementation business with customers from various industries (e.g., automotive, manufacturing, aerospace & defense). As a Senior Consultant (m/w/d), you independently advise our customers and are responsible for the development and creation of concepts and solution architecture for the consolidation or adaptation of applications in the PLM environment. Together with customer representatives, you analyze the requirements for business processes in an area with the aim of identifying and documenting necessary adjustments.

You lead a project team in the implementation of the analysis results based on relevant PLM applications/technologies and ensure an efficient handover of the project results to the customer. You are responsible for the selection of relevant methods and technologies to achieve secure process integration in the overall context of an organization. You coordinate the necessary steps closely with the clients and partners and advise in the corresponding management levels and boards.

With your in-depth knowledge in the PLM area, you can take a technically and organizationally shaping role in our projects and bear the result or acceptance responsibility. This includes leading PLM projects, directly advising customers, and taking the technical responsibility for the creation of offers as part of acquisition activities. Furthermore, you participate in the generation of follow-up projects, new projects, and new customers in an area in close cooperation with the responsible sales teams in the national environment.

Through presentations and lectures for customers and at specialist events, you can demonstrate your competence and actively network. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a decisive role in the development of future-oriented PLM-related portfolio elements with your practical experience. Innovative approaches such as mixed reality in PLM, digital thread/digital twin, twin of twins are applied. You can always rely on the network of experienced colleagues and actively participate in PLM communities for knowledge exchange.

In our projects, as well as in internal development topics, we have been applying agile approaches such as Scrum for many years.
