Project Manager (m/w/d) - Industriebauprojekte

The position can be filled at our locations in Hamburg or Braunschweig. We are looking for a project manager (m/w/d) who enjoys managing challenging and complex high-building projects in industrial construction.

As part of a project team, you will advise our well-known and international clients on the successful implementation of complex new and renovation projects of, for example, warehouses, logistics centers, pharmaceutical buildings, or other buildings in the hitech and manufacturing sector.

You will manage projects of different sizes and complexities; this includes project organization, project goal setting, project control, and documentation of project progress.

You will keep an eye on costs, deadlines, and quality at all times and strive for process improvements.

In your interface function, you will promote good and structured communication with the customer's internal departments and external planning teams throughout the entire project duration.

You have successfully completed your real estate-related or technical studies in the field of civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, or similar.

You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in project management or project control for complex high-building projects, particularly industrial construction projects.

You convince with your quick understanding, your ability to think analytically and interconnectedly, and your team-oriented way of working.

You have excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English and very good user skills in MS Office and MS Project.

You are willing to travel and enjoy being on the construction site with our customers for three to five days a week.

In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Business Generation & Marketing and become part of a dynamic and evolving team committed to building proposal excellence. The position requires a high degree of flexibility to meet tight deadlines and respond to client needs, while offering the opportunity to actively contribute to shaping processes, improving ways of working, and strengthening our market positioning.
