Process Engineer

Provide technical expertise and leadership to the operations of the Fluff Pulp department, contributing to meet objectives for safety, environmental, quality, cost, and production performance.
Qualifications & Working Conditions- A bachelor’s degree in a related Engineering field (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Paper Science, Industrial).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing conditions.
- Must be able to prioritize and assign resources appropriately.
- Candidate must be willing to work shift schedule as required.
A working knowledge of pulp, power, or paper area operations is preferred, with an advanced knowledge of safety. Candidate must be a proficient user of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Candidate must be able to work with a group as a team member and the capacity to lead by example while ensuring employee accountability to all department requirements.
