Mining Engineer

Lead planning and oversight of mining operations. Ensure safe, efficient extraction aligned with design and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities- Planning, coordination and control of mining operations at the site.
- Ensuring that mining operations comply with design requirements and regulatory standards.
- Conducting an analysis of rock massifs and assessing the conditions for safe development of the deposit.
- Participation in the development and implementation of new methods and technologies of mining operations.
- Interacting with geologists, technologists and other specialists to improve production efficiency.
- Monitoring the condition of equipment and ensuring its safe operation.
- Maintaining technical documentation and preparing reports on completed work.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, health and environmental standards on site.
- Higher education in mining.
- At least 6 years of experience in the mining industry.
- Knowledge of open pit and/or underground mining methods.
- Ability to analyze and solve technical problems.
- Experience with modern mining equipment and planning and design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Surpac, Micromine).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to safety and environmental standards.
- Knowledge of Turkish or English will be an advantage.
