• Process Engineering Support:
  Lead process engineering and flow assurance support across all asset sites to ensure optimal operations and safety.
• Studies & Troubleshooting:
  Lead process studies to troubleshoot operational issues, conduct de-bottlenecking studies, and lead flow assurance studies to support asset operations.
• Simulations & Optimization:
  Act as custodian of the master process simulation, lead process simulations for operational improvements, and evaluate the optimized use of Drag Reducing Agents (DRA).
• Document Custodianship:
  Maintain custody of master process documents (P&IDs, PFDs, and Safety Logic diagrams) and ensure compliance with company and local standards.
• Sampling & Chemicals Management:
  Coordinate fluid sampling schemes, laboratory analysis, chemical injection rates, and ensure overall cost-effective availability of chemical stocks.
• Site Modifications:
  Manage the site modifications process, validate different modification types, follow up to closure, and keep the modifications register updated.
• Experience
  
  Required:
  • 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Process Engineering discipline.

• Academic
  
  Qualifications:
  
  Engineering degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering; a Master’s Degree is a plus.
• Experience
  
  Required:
  • 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Process Engineering discipline.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Good knowledge of Process Engineering software (Pro II, HYSYS, OLGA).
• Language & Communication:
  Mandatory English proficiency alongside strong communication and interpersonal skills.
