Accountabilities & Responsibility Areas

• Act as the primary local liaison with the
  Shared Services Centre (SSC)to ensure accurate reporting, smooth month-end closes, and adherence to group finance policies (AP, AR, Cash).
• Serve as the key contact for the
  Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA), managing tax compliance, audits, and statutory filings with zero risk exposure.
• Oversee local finance operations including
  treasury, payroll, cost control, and internal controls
  .
• Ensure effective fixed asset management and EFD compliance.
• Prepare and deliver
  monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
  within agreed timelines.
• Lead, develop, and retain a small local finance team.
• Implement and enforce group finance and administration policies at country level.
• Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Group Head of Finance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum
  10 years’ relevant experience
  , with at least5 years in a similar managerial role
  .
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations within Tanzania.
• International exposure preferred.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• High levels of integrity, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
