Overview
Entry-level iBanker Specialist at FNBC Bank in Ash Flat, AR. You will assist customers with financial transactions through Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). You will deliver top-notch service and guidance, ensuring customers' needs are met efficiently and accurately, and build positive relationships by presenting tailored products and solutions to meet their financial goals. This is a full-time position with afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays shifts.

- Maintain a general knowledge of mechanics and transactional process of the machine
- Demonstrate efficiency in verifying and processing rejected files
- Recognize sales opportunities of products and services while engaging with customers to meet their financial needs
