YOU MOTIVATE OUR WORLD

• Development and implementation of the finance strategy in line with company and group objectives, including performance management
• Overall responsibility for the finance department, including cash flows, financial reporting (HGB & IFRS), and tax compliance
• Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as targeted development of managers
• Management of change and transformation processes for the continuous optimization of processes, structures, and systems
• Responsibility for data governance in the finance department, particularly data quality and clear role models
• Building, maintaining, and representing strategic internal and external stakeholder relationships, including with auditors, tax consultants, and banks

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Completed degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a comparable qualification; tax consultant exam is an advantage
• Long-term leadership experience in a senior finance role, ideally in an international corporate environment
• Empathetic and trust-building leadership style with strong communication skills and the ability to individually reach out to, motivate, and accompany employees, even in challenging situations
• In-depth expertise in accounting, cash flow management, taxes, and accounting-safe knowledge in HGB and IFRS
• Experience in developing and implementing financial and corporate strategies, also in the context of transformation and digitalization
• Very good understanding of ERP and financial systems as well as integrated end-to-end processes
• Negotiating-safe German and English language skills
