Director, Loan Capital Markets Assets

We're seeking a Director to lead relationship management and business development in our Real Assets Lending division at a large international bank
.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining strategic relationships with institutional loan investors, credit insurers, and capital partners
• Developing and executing growth strategies across Europe, Middle East, and Asia
• Managing complex loan syndications and credit products
• Driving new business development while maintaining existing portfolio relationships
• Collaborating across teams to structure and distribute Real Assets loans (Real Estate, Project Finance, Infrastructure)

Salary: GBP 100000 - 150000 per year.

Experience:

5 years required.

• 5+ years in capital markets, loan sales, or institutional relationship management
• Proven track record building investor networks in lending/capital markets
• Experience with Real Assets, infrastructure, or commercial real estate lending (preferred)
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Comfort with regular international travel

• A collaborative team player with strong cross-functional relationships
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

• Certified Employee status or willingness to obtain
