New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading European financial services group in its search for a Flow Risk Analyst on a 15 month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading international asset finance organisation within its Flow Risk team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and underwriting flow business transactions, analysing financial information, evaluating risk and supporting the delivery of timely, commercially balanced credit decisions.

Working closely with Sales, Risk and Operations teams, you will play a key role in maintaining portfolio quality while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Underwrite flow and sales-aid leasing transactions in line with credit policy
  • Evaluate credit reports, market intelligence and financial data
  • Prepare clear and concise credit recommendations and risk reports
  • Review existing facilities and recommend renewals where appropriate
  • Monitor vendor programmes and portfolio performance
  • Support business screening meetings and provide risk guidance
  • Ensure all documentation and credit conditions are satisfied prior to payout
  • Identify opportunities to improve underwriting processes and efficiency
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum two years' experience in Credit, Risk or Underwriting within Financial Services
  • Asset Finance experience highly desirable
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements
  • Experience assessing structured lending or cash‑flow based transactions
  • Good understanding of small ticket underwriting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
