Cal Mutual is a rapidly growing real estate and mortgage company in California. We are recruiting exceptional professionals to open and manage new branch offices and to fill key roles across real estate and mortgage functions.

Positions available: four new branch owners and individuals for the following roles – Loan Officer, Real Estate Agent, Loan Processor, Processing Assistant, and Telemarketer.

• Valid licenses: BRE sales license (or DBO CFL) and NMLS license if handling mortgages.

Responsibilities:

• Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls.
• Educating borrowers on the loan process from beginning to end.
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of VA, USDA, FHA, and Conventional loan programs.

• Educating buyers and sellers on the process from beginning to end.
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of loans to support sales business.

Responsibilities:

• Processing loans for direct and broker loans.
• Maintaining detailed knowledge of VA, hard money, FHA, Conventional, alternative, and self‑employed loan programs.
• Complete understanding of TRID, QC, QM, DODD FRANK, UCD, LE, CD and the entire loan process.
• Deep knowledge of Calyx Point and Encompass software.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting throughout the entire loan process for both direct and broker loans.
• Maintaining detailed knowledge of VA, hard money, FHA, Conventional, alternative, and self‑employed loan programs.
• Complete understanding of TRID, QC, QM, DODD FRANK, UCD, LE, CD and the entire loan process.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills.
