Vos missions en quelques mots

Under the direction of elected officials, the mayor's secretary implements the policies developed by the municipal team. 1 - Provide reception and service to citizens. 2 - Assist and advise elected officials, prepare the municipal council, deliberations, minutes, commissions, mayor's orders. 3 - Ensure the organization, legal monitoring, and compliance of elections. 4 - Carry out the drafting of civil status acts and maintain the civil status register.

5 - Prepare, format, and monitor the execution of the budget (M57). 6 - Prepare the accounting: expenditure commitments and revenue titles. 7 - Ensure the follow-up of urban planning files in conjunction with the instructing service. 8 - Monitor public contracts and subsidies. 9 - Prepare HR acts. 10 - Organize the reservation of the community hall. 11 - Develop links with intercommunal structures and partners.
