Overview
Our client is looking for a talented and personable Senior Hair Stylist to join their St Peter Port salon. The ideal candidate will be experienced, with excellent technical abilities, creative flair, and a love of hair. Our client works with industry‑leading brands and prides itself on style and creativity.
Responsibilities- Support and establish a thriving book of clients from day one
- Provide a top‑class salon experience, including advising on the latest fashion trends, cutting, colouring and styling at the highest level
- Demonstrate the latest products and techniques to clients
- Promote client re‑booking and cross‑sell/up‑sell appropriate services and products
- Assist with the training and development of apprentice and junior stylists
- Trained and highly competent hair stylist holding NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
- Preferably 3–4 years of experience working in a busy salon, maintaining a book of clients
