Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Direct Juvenile Support Worker at The Lewisville Juvenile Treatment Center (L.J.T.C) in Lewisville, Arkansas. The Lewisville Juvenile Treatment Center (L.J.T.C.), nestled in the serene setting of rural Lafayette County, is dedicated to transforming the lives of at-risk young males.

Pay
: $70,000 annually; can increase based on education and years of experience

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus ($500 at 3 Months, $500 at 6 Months)

What you will do

The Licensed Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy while overseeing the completion of treatment for students under their care. This may include services such as clinical assessments, service planning, counseling, case management, record keeping, and service coordination with the multi-disciplinary team. As the Licensed Therapist, you may document and assess the effectiveness of specific interventions toward meeting the treatment plan objectives and goals.

This position may require you to provide crisis intervention, as necessary and does require monthly progress notes, staffing reports, plans, and discharge summaries of all students within your care.

To be considered you should

Have an Arkansas license as a LPC, LAC, LMSW, LCSW, OR LMFT
. Must have a Master’s Degree in a relevant field. Be at least 21 years of age. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test. Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry. Must meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
