Under the supervision of a pharmacist, the Clinical Pharmacy Intern will perform pharmacy-related functions to ensure safe and effective medication management and support efforts related to quality measures as deemed appropriate.
Key Responsibilities- Support the operations and growth of clinical and residency pharmacy services.
- Perform pharmacy-related functions under the supervision of a pharmacist.
- Ensure safe and effective medication management.
- Contribute to quality measures efforts as deemed appropriate.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under supervision and follow directions.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
