• Pay: $70,000 annually (can increase based on education and years of experience)
• $1,000 Sign‑On Bonus ($500 at 3 Months, $500 at 6 Months)

The Licensed Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy while overseeing the completion of treatment for students under their care. This includes clinical assessments, service planning, counseling, case management, record keeping, and service coordination with the multidisciplinary team. The Licensed Therapist documents and assesses the effectiveness of interventions toward meeting treatment plan objectives and goals. This position may require crisis intervention as necessary and requires monthly progress notes, staffing reports, plans, and discharge summaries for all students under care.

• Arkansas license as LPC, LAC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT
• Master’s Degree in a relevant field
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to pass criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB tests
• Ability to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
• Must meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including active Driver’s License

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
