Responsibilities
Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient offers a wide range of outpatient services across Arkansas, delivering care through clinic‑based or school/home settings for patients aged five and older. The Services address emotional and behavioral needs for children, teens, and adults with a focus on evidence‑based practice.
The Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for providing applied behavior analysis and community support services to clients on the Autism Spectrum who receive care in the home, community, school, or clinic. The RBT teaches daily living and social skills using evidence‑based treatments, collects and organizes unbiased data during sessions, and implements training and therapy sessions designed by a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst.
The RBT ensures that high‑quality, cost‑effective health care is delivered consistently with Universal Health Services’ mission, vision, values, and all regulatory requirements.

- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four‑year college or university in a related behavioral health field for a degreed Qualified Behavioral Health Provider.
- Non‑degreed Registered Behavior Technician must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Both degreed and non‑degreed candidates must have successfully completed 40 hours of Registered Behavior Technician training.
- Computer skills necessary.
