Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH) has an immediate opening for a full-time Pharmacy to join our Team.

Our facilities include a hospital located in Gravette, Arkansas and a number of satellite clinics located in Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas.

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, the pharmacist delivers patient-centered pharmaceutical care in an accurate, timely and courteous manner. Patient-centered pharmaceutical care includes involvement in all areas of the Medication Management process including selection and procurement, ordering and transcribing, preparation and dispensing, storage, administration and monitoring. The focus of the pharmacist is to ensure safe medication practices that improve patient outcomes.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • The Pharmacist must have graduated from an accredited college of pharmacy with either a Bachelor's (B.S.) or Doctorate (Pharm.D.) in pharmacy.
  • Previous hospital experience or ASHP-accredited residency is preferred but not required.
