NHS Scotland is seeking a motivated individual to join the West Caithness Health and Social Care Integrated Team. You will work with patients in their own homes to enable independence and support after hospital discharge, within a multidisciplinary team.
Experience is not required as full training and induction are provided. A driving licence is essential, with access to a vehicle for work; pool vehicles are available in rural areas.
