Position Summary:
We're seeking licensed LCSW/LPC professionals to join our growing team providing counseling services in school-based and office-based settings. The Therapist will provide mental health counseling, assessments, treatment planning, and support services to individuals, families, and groups while helping clients develop coping strategies and improve overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling services
- Assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Help clients manage emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
- Collaborate with schools, families, and care teams
- Deliver ethical, patient-centered mental health services
Qualifications:
- Active Arkansas LCSW or LPC license required (Fully licensed candidates only)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage caseload responsibilities
- Commitment to providing quality mental health care
Benefits:
- Full-Time Salary Based on 25 Billable Hours/Week Average
- Bonus Opportunity: $50 per billable hour over 25 hours (calculated every 4 weeks)
