Job Summary

We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient orthopedic clinic in Central Arkansas. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment providing high-quality rehabilitation services to a diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities

• Screen patients to determine the need for physical therapy intervention
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations using functional ability tests
• Develop, document, and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Provide therapeutic interventions to reduce pain and restore functional movement
• Modify treatment programs based on patient progress and response
• Identify when referrals to other healthcare disciplines are appropriate
• Monitor patient outcomes and re-evaluate plans of care as needed
• Complete all clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Plan and prepare patients for discharge, including summaries and follow-up recommendations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Current Arkansas Physical Therapy License (or graduating from an accredited Physical Therapy program)
• CPR Certification (required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Energetic, outgoing, and patient-focused approach
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
