NHS Scotland is seeking a motivated individual to join the West Caithness Health and Social Care Integrated Team. You will work with patients in their homes, helping them stay independent and supporting them after hospital discharge.
The role is permanent, 28 hours per week on a rota 11:00–14:00 and 17:00–22:00, four days on, four days off. Full induction provided; driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential; enhanced pay for unsociable hours and weekends.
