ACMC Family Home Health, part of LHC Group and a member of the United Health Group family, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver treatments and provide exercise instruction and patient education under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
You will assess patients, guide active and passive exercises, and assist with gait, functional activities, transfers, and ADLs within the established plan of care. The role visits patients in their homes across the service area.
