Role:
Provide evidence-based inpatient occupational therapy to adult patients with complex medical and surgical needs.
Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver interventions to enhance function, safety, and independence in ADLs and IADLs.
Additional duties:Educate patients and families, assist with discharge planning, and collaborate with healthcare team members including physicians, nursing staff, PT, SLP, and case management.
Qualifications & Skills:Knowledge of inpatient therapy practices, strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
