Description:

The Pharmacy Resident is a pharmacist participating in an ASHP-accredited postgraduate training program(s) and is
expected to complete the program requirements including achieving the Competencies, Goals and Objectives (CAGOs)
published for their specific postgraduate year one (PGY1) or postgraduate year two (PGY2) residency in 12-months. The
program is individualized based on the resident’s written development plan documented in Pharm Academic. Pharmacy
Residents also have the same general duties and responsibilities as other pharmacists.

Position Requirements :
Doctoral degree from an ACPE accredited Pharm.

D program or foreign equivalency. Georgia License Pharmacist or eligible. Must be licensed for at least 2/3 of residency.
Preferred Requirements: 2 years or more of experience in pharmacy as a pharmacy technician/intern and/or pharmacist.
