Role Description

The Clinical Director is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Jessieville, AR. This position oversees all clinical programs, including assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of services for residents in addiction recovery. The Clinical Director provides clinical supervision to staff, ensures adherence to regulatory and ethical standards, and promotes evidence-informed practices in mental health and behavioral health care. Daily responsibilities include coordinating interdisciplinary care, monitoring treatment outcomes, guiding staff development and training, and collaborating with leadership to align clinical services with the organization’s mission and philosophy.

The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and supporting a therapeutic environment grounded in respect, accountability, and spiritual growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Medicine and behavioral health treatment approaches relevant to addiction recovery.
  • Demonstrated experience in Clinical Supervision, including mentoring, performance feedback, and oversight of treatment delivery.
  • Knowledge and practical experience in Mental Health assessment, diagnosis, and intervention.
  • Background in Psychology and Behavioral Health, with the ability to integrate therapeutic modalities into individualized care plans.
  • Relevant professional licensure (e.g., MD, DO, LCSW, LPC, Psychologist, or equivalent) and eligibility to practice in Arkansas.
  • Experience in addiction treatment or residential recovery settings, including familiarity with trauma-informed and person-centered care.
  • Proven leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills in a clinical environment.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills, with attention to regulatory compliance and quality standards.
  • Alignment with a faith-based, servant-leadership model of care and ability to work respectfully with diverse backgrounds.
  • Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant clinical field (e.g., medicine, psychology, social work, counseling, or related discipline).
