Cardiac Rehabilitation, Employee Health, and Infection Prevention RN Day/Hours:
Full time – M-F 40 hours per week
Summary:This unique role combines direct patient care, cardiac rehabilitation services, stress test monitoring, employee health management, infection prevention oversight, chest pain accreditation activities, and quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical assessment skills, expertise in cardiac rhythm interpretation, and a passion for patient education, wellness promotion, and regulatory compliance.
Minimum Qualifications- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse required; 3+ years strongly preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Cardiac Rehabilitation and Stress Testing required; 3+ years strongly preferred.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification, or ability to obtain within three months of hire.
- Demonstrated competency in EKG interpretation and cardiac rhythm monitoring.
- APIC Infection Prevention certification preferred, or ability to obtain within 18 months of hire.
Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus for well qualified candidates
