• Lead a team of COTAs in providing occupational therapy services to residents in our facility
• Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
• Conduct patient assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
• Provide education and guidance to COTAs on best practices in occupational therapy
• Develop and maintain accurate records and reports of patient progress

• Certification: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a COTA
• Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
