Business Office Manager

Millcreek Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager
to oversee daily revenue cycle and business office operations. This position is responsible for managing billing, collections, accounts receivable, cash posting, and staff performance to ensure strong financial results and compliance with payor requirements.

Millcreek Behavioral Health is a residential treatment center that provides care through our diverse programs for children and adolescents who are suffering from a variety of mental health disorders and/or intellectual challenges. We offer a comprehensive therapeutic program with services that are provided by a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, case managers, licensed clinical therapists, registered nurses, nutritionists, and recreational therapists.

• Monitor key revenue cycle metrics, including cash collections, A/R, denials, and unbilled accounts.
• Oversee billing, collections, cash posting, and reimbursement activities.
• Lead, train, and develop business office staff.
• Partner with Admissions,Utilization Review, and leadership teams to ensure proper insurance authorization and compliance.
• Manage third-party collection agencies and resolve reimbursement issues with payors.
• Analyze reports,identify trends, and implement process improvements.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• 2+ years of healthcare business office or revenue cycle experience required.
• 1+yearof supervisory experience required.
• Strong knowledge of billing, collections, accounts receivable, and revenue cycle management.
  
  Behavioral health experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes, including billing, collections, accounts receivable, cash posting, and denial management.
• Behavioral health experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
