Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor at The Lowline Hotel, where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations and guest satisfaction. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to manage the front desk during the overnight shift, providing excellent service while maintaining the security and financial accuracy of our hotel. Key Responsibilities:
  • - Register guests and handle reservations efficiently during the overnight shift
  • - Prepare and review daily financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • - Balance transactions and perform end-of-shift accounting procedures
  • - Conduct security walks to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property
  • - Manage front desk operations independently with minimal supervision
  • - Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • - Assist with administrative tasks related to night audit processes
Requirements Skills and

Qualifications:
  • - At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related hospitality field
  • - High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus
  • - Previous front desk or hotel experience preferred
  • - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reconciliation
  • - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during overnight hours
  • - Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • - Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial reporting
  • - Basic knowledge of hotel management software and computer systems
    - Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to handle routine issues
  • - Strong oral communication skills and a customer/client-oriented mindset
  • - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
  • - Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.
  • - Ability to work overnight, weekends, and holidays.
