What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Support the development and implementation of a Global Belonging Council, contributing to governance and ongoing operations
  • Conduct benchmarking and industry research to inform the evolution of the Culture & Belonging strategy
  • Analyze and interpret people and program data to identify trends and gaps for strategic improvement
  • Collaborate with Employee Belonging Group leaders to ensure alignment and shared ownership of initiatives
  • Assist in planning and facilitating workshops, events, and divisional offsites as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 4+ years of experience in Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging; organizational culture; learning & development; or related fields
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to manage competing priorities
  • Experience supporting or managing programs within a global or matrixed organization
  • Ability to analyze and draw insights from people data (e.g., representation, retention, and employee group participation)
  • Engaging communicator and presenter, capable of conveying ideas clearly
