Location: Wheatley

Moss, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor in the United States, is seeking a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support our utility-scale solar project in Wheatley, AR
. This role serves as a key partner to field leadership and hourly team members, helping ensure a positive employee experience while supporting critical HR and administrative functions on-site.

Schedule: 7:00 AM start time to align with field operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the primary HR and administrative resource for assigned project sites
  • Support field leadership with day‑to‑day workforce and personnel needs
  • Process and audit employee timekeeping to ensure payroll accuracy
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including pre‑employment requirements and new hire readiness
  • Process employee transfers, promotions, pay changes, and offboarding activities
  • Assist with employee relations matters and elevate concerns when appropriate
  • Support recruiting efforts by coordinating interviews and building local talent pipelines
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR reporting
  • Assist with compliance initiatives, audits, apprenticeship programs, and special projects
  • Support DOT and workforce development programs as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • 1‑2 years of administrative, HR, payroll, or workforce coordination experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent communication and follow‑up skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Bilingual Spanish and/or Creole is a plus
  • Construction industry experience is preferred but not required
