The Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) internship offers a 24‑week experience in Hartford, CT or St. Paul, MN. It is an hourly position with a market‑based salary range of $24.00–$26.00, plus potential performance‑based cash incentive awards.

• Work in one of the HR focus areas:
  Compensation, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist, Diversity & Inclusion, Learning & Development, Workforce Analytics, Business Capabilities, or HR Operations.
• Complete project‑based assignments with defined deliverables.
• Collaborate with fellow interns to develop and present solutions on business and human‑resource topics.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater.

• Obtained or pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
