Job Summary
This three-year rotational Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) at Travelers is open to internal employees, 2026 Travelers Summer Interns and Summer Students. Applicants outside this audience will not be considered at this time. The program offers hands‑on experience in multiple HR functions, a robust curriculum, formal mentoring, networking, and career guidance, with occasional travel.
Responsibilities- Design competitive and cost‑effective total compensation programs.
- Develop understanding of employment law, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in managing all HR activities for an assigned business group.
- Consult with business partners on external recruitment for exempt and non‑exempt positions.
- Recruit, interview, assess, and place applicants.
- Participate in tracks including People & Projects (HR Generalist, Diversity & Inclusion, Learning & Development, Operations) or Data & Analytics (Benefits, Workforce Analytics).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 1 year of Human Resources related experience, including internships.
- Strong track record of ownership and accountability.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater.
