HR Administrator

We're Hiring: HR Administrator – Packaging Human Resources

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to support our Packaging Human Resources team. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support across key HR functions while ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution of HR processes.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Flexible/ Hybrid/Remote

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and HRIS data.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, and employee status changes.
  • Assist with benefits administration, enrollments, changes, terminations, and employee inquiries.
  • Prepare employment letters, verifications, reports, notices, and other HR documentation.
  • Support recruiting efforts by coordinating hiring activities and communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Track required training, certifications, acknowledgements, and compliance-related activities.
  • Assist with HR audits, reporting, and record retention practices.
  • Coordinate employee programs, engagement initiatives, meetings, and special HR projects.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources or a related business support function.
  • Working knowledge of HR practices, employee records administration, and employment processes.
  • Experience with HRIS, payroll, applicant tracking, or benefits administration systems preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
