HR Administrator
We're Hiring: HR Administrator – Packaging Human Resources
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to support our Packaging Human Resources team. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support across key HR functions while ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution of HR processes.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Flexible/ Hybrid/Remote
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and HRIS data.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, and employee status changes.
- Assist with benefits administration, enrollments, changes, terminations, and employee inquiries.
- Prepare employment letters, verifications, reports, notices, and other HR documentation.
- Support recruiting efforts by coordinating hiring activities and communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Track required training, certifications, acknowledgements, and compliance-related activities.
- Assist with HR audits, reporting, and record retention practices.
- Coordinate employee programs, engagement initiatives, meetings, and special HR projects.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources or a related business support function.
- Working knowledge of HR practices, employee records administration, and employment processes.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, applicant tracking, or benefits administration systems preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
