To strengthen our Compensation & Benefits team, we are looking for a motivated personality who enjoys numbers, analyses, and HR processes.
In this position, you will work closely with the Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager DACH and take on an important role in operational and analytical C&B topics. You will support the development of our compensation and benefits processes and gain deep insights into the HR work of an international organization.
Responsibilities- Support in job evaluations, salary structures, and market analyses
- Collaboration on pay equity analyses and compliance with internal and legal requirements
- Ensuring data quality in our HRIS (Success Factors)
- Creation of regular HR and compensation reports
- Participation in salary review cycles and incentive programs (STI, LTI, others)
- Support in compensation decisions for new hires
- Coordination and development of benefits in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- Collaboration with external service providers and internal stakeholders
- Taking on operational C&B tasks as well as supporting documentation, communication, audits, and process optimizations
- Completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- First HR experience (e.g., internship, part-time student job, or junior role) – ideally with a focus on HR analytics or compensation
- High affinity for numbers, data, and Excel
- Very good German and English skills
- Reliable, structured, and detail-oriented working style
- Proactive personality and willingness to take responsibility
- Experience with Success Factors or a comparable HRIS is a plus
