A well-established and growing organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Human Resources team. This individual will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of business functions while helping drive strategic hiring initiatives and workforce planning efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition intake through onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive talent.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and community outreach.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screening interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate offer generation, approvals, and acceptance processes.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities including background screenings and employment documentation.
• Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring activity, pipeline health, and recruiting performance.
• Serve as a trusted recruiting partner and advisor to business leaders.
