This role is the liaison between departments, providing human resources support and expertise across employee and labor relations, organizational development, career development, and employee growth. The role is responsible for supporting hourly staffing, payroll, benefits, and employee relations. This position is both strategic and action-oriented, helping shape the direction of a critical manufacturing site while driving a culture of continuous improvement.

• Serve as a collaborative business partner, providing subject matter expertise, advice, and coaching across all aspects of human resources processes
• Coordinate and monitor compensation, benefits, talent systems, and practices to ensure consistent application within corporate guidelines in a fair and equitable manner
• Provide proactive guidance and counsel to the business on employee relations matters, coordinating legal matters with inside and/or outside counsel
• Champion employee engagement initiatives by developing and monitoring action plans and key indicators
• Coach and support functional leaders in addressing performance and employee relations issues
• Serve as a change management partner with an emphasis on business process improvement, collaborating with leaders to support organizational change and implementation

• Partner with talent acquisition partners, department managers, and hiring managers to ensure site talent acquisition and onboarding processes and KPIs meet organizational expectations; collaborate on strategies to develop diverse hourly and salaried talent pipelines to meet short- and medium-term workforce needs
• Partner with the leadership team to optimize organization design in support of business objectives, including operational performance, productivity, customer service, and quality
• Identify opportunities to strengthen employee engagement and foster positive employee relationships in partnership with the leadership team
• Support and deliver organizational transformation and training initiatives ranging from frontline development to leadership development programs

• Coach and support leaders in executing talent management processes including performance management, merit planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning
• Facilitate talent discussions and support workforce strategies aligned with business needs and organizational priorities
