BI Developer II

• Support business stakeholders with innovative BI solutions and analytics.
• Advance data capabilities and improve operational efficiency across the company.

• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex queries
• Proficiency in Python, particularly with libraries such as pandas, Num Py, and Streamlit for automating workflows and building scalable data pipelines
• Expertise in Power BI, along with experience in other BI tools like Tableau or Sigma
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and API integration
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with demanding business stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Experience with Snowflake, SAP HANA, or similar cloud-based data systems
• Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, and other Microsoft Power Platform tools
• Knowledge of data governance, stewardship, and data quality frameworks
• High-level understanding of backend development and system troubleshooting
• Industry experience in consumer goods, retail, or manufacturing environments

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
• 1 to 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in data analysis, BI development, or related roles
• Prior experience working in fast-paced, data-driven environments with demanding business stakeholders

• On-site work at our Charlotte, NC location required 4 days per week.
• Ability to respond accurately and in detail to technical questions during screening
