Location:
Charlotte, NC – hybrid onsite 3 days per week

Salary Range: $70,000 – $110,000

We are looking for a technically strong and client-focused person to help lead the design and delivery of end-to-end solutions across our SaaS platform. This role sits at the intersection of business requirements and technical capability. You will take ownership of solution architecture, configuration strategy, and hands-on implementation for both new deployments and ongoing client enhancements.

• Configure platform components including workflows, UI elements, validation logic, integrations, and data mappings
• Design and implement API integrations with external systems and data providers
• Own hands‑on delivery through go‑live, enhancements, and change initiatives
• Support data modelling and transformation requirements within the platform configuration layer
• Contribute to demo environments with realistic, production‑grade solution builds
• Work closely with engineering teams on complex integrations or platform extensions
• Act as the primary technical design lead during project phases, engaging directly with client stakeholders
• Provide architectural oversight within delivery teams, promoting consistency and best practice
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing across the function
• Communicate progress, risks, and architectural decisions to delivery leads and project stakeholders
• Investigate and resolve escalated configuration issues with structured root‑cause analysis
• Develop reusable configuration assets and documentation to improve efficiency and consistency
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, tooling, and governance
• Ensure all solutions meet security, regulatory, and data protection standards, including ISO 27001‑aligned practices

• Proven experience configuring SaaS platforms in complex environments
• Strong working knowledge of APIs, JSON, SQL, HTML, and CSS
• Solid understanding of integrations, data flows, and event‑based architecture
• Experience evaluating performance, scalability, and security considerations in solution design
• Comfortable collaborating with software engineering teams on advanced solution scenarios
• Awareness of UI/UX principles and user‑centric design
• Experience working in Agile environments (preferred)
• Exposure to insurance or regulated industries (advantageous)
