  • Support instructional technology tools and assist staff in effective classroom use of technology.
  • Collaborate with district and campus leadership to identify technology needs and priorities.
  • Maintain documentation related to technology systems, inventory, procedures, and service records.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors and service providers for repairs, purchases, and technology projects.
  • Assist with state and federal technology reporting requirements as needed.
  • Help ensure compliance with district policies, data privacy expectations, and acceptable use standards.
  • Provide basic training and support for staff on district technology systems and software.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Superintendent.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, information systems, education technology, or a related field preferred.

  • Knowledge of device management systems, Google Workspace for Education, Microsoft applications, student and staff information systems, and common educational technology platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in a fast-paced school environment.
  • Dependable, professional, and service-oriented demeanor.
  • Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the district may find appropriate and acceptable.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Chromebook management and Google Admin Console.
  • Experience with network infrastructure, firewall systems, and wireless management.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices in K-12 environments.
  • Knowledge of classroom technology integration and teacher support.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work at a desk, on ladders, and in classrooms and offices for installation and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to travel between district campuses as needed.
