Location: Manila
Roman Health Pharmacy LLC is seeking an IT Helpdesk professional to join their team. This role serves as the first line of defense for all IT issues, providing support via phone and email for Tier 1 problems such as password resets and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and technical knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office.
Working hours are Mon-Thu 12:00 AM-9:00 AM EST, and Sunday 5:00 AM-2:00 PM EST, with Fridays and Saturdays off. Salary ranges from $560 to $700 a month.
