Lead Fullstack Engineer - Seller Center

- Conceptualize and implement innovative features for the Seller Center to improve the online retail experience
- Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to develop effective solutions
- Utilize the SCAYLE platform to efficiently manage product and order information
- Optimize the performance of applications through targeted SQL query optimizations
- Conduct code reviews to ensure high quality standards and drive continuous improvements
- Provide technical support and analyze and resolve issues to ensure a stable and reliable service for users
- Evaluate and integrate AI-driven features to optimize and automate workflows
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with Django 5.x, Tailwind, HTMX, or other JavaScript frameworks
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar data storage solutions
- Passion for clean, structured, efficient, and maintainable code with a high standard for code quality
- Experience in an English-speaking work environment
- Fluent German comprehension (C1 level); active German language skills are advantageous but not required
Nice to Have
- Strong coding skills with Python
- In-depth Django know-how
- Knowledge of frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Experience with innovative greenfield projects or in startup environments and the ability to quickly adapt products to market requirements
