IT Administrator

Are you proficient in macOS and eager to support our team as an IT Administrator (all genders)? With us, you will be responsible for the smooth operation and support of our macOS devices and additional equipment. In our modern office above the roofs of Hamburg, you will ensure that everything runs technically flawless.

What you will do:

• Accompany new colleagues in the onboarding process by taking over the order of the hardware and setting up all necessary accounts. During offboarding, you will ensure a secure process and take care of the return of the devices.
• You will take care of the optimal technical equipment of the workplaces of our employees and stand by your colleagues with advice and support, offering solution-oriented support.
• You will support the administration of employee accounts, including Microsoft, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Git Lab, and will also be responsible for the management of software licenses.
• You will share responsibility for the internal networks at the location, including WLAN, VPN, switches, and firewall, to ensure a smooth network infrastructure.
• You will take care of our video conferencing systems, telephone systems, as well as printers and scanners, to enable efficient communication and document management.
• In addition to the technical support, you will also take care of the physical office environment, such as cabling or the attachment of televisions, thus ensuring a technically and visually flawless working environment.

What you bring with you:

• You have a completed training in the IT sector, a corresponding professional further education, or simply a lot of experience in the field.
• You have first-hand experience in the administration and support of IT infrastructure.
• You have knowledge and experience with Mac/macOS and our tool landscape, including Microsoft, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Git Lab, and others.
• Integrity and a strong understanding of security are natural for you.
• You communicate fluently in German and confidently in English – both written and verbal.
• Nice to have:
  You are a specialist for occupational safety for the safety-technical support.
