Business Analyst II

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst II to join their team. This role works with business partners to translate business requirements into Salesforce actionable outcomes, design and implement Salesforce, support day‑to‑day enhancements, and collaborate with an existing Salesforce team of 7–10 people.

• Define functional solutions and create technical solutions to business problems utilizing the Salesforce Sales, Service and Experience Cloud.
• Meet with business stakeholders and partners to gather requirements and analyze data to develop solutions.
• Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented functionality.
• Test and document new functionality for business stakeholders.
• Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems procedures, functions or organizational changes.

• 3–5 years experience.

Salary/Rate: $45–$65/hr (depends on experience level). This is a contract position requiring 40 hours/week.
